Easily Count Calories to Lose Weight – Free Downloads to Get You Going Fast

Hi guys.  This week’s post is very special.  If you’ve been browsing our blog posts, vlog / YouTube videos and/or checking out the First Things First System, then you know what the starting point is for losing weight fast and simply.

The starting point for losing weight fast and simply is a) learning how many calories you burn each day, and b) eating 500 to 1000 calories less than that, each day, to lose 1 to 2 pounds each week.

Here’s how that works:

There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat.  So, when you eat 500 calories less each day than you burn you’ll lose 1 pound per week (500 calories times 7 days = 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat).

If you’re ready for 1000 less, then poof!, 2 pounds per week. (Never eat less than 1200 calories in a day altogether, though.  Your health needs at least 1200 calories each day.)
